Program Description
Join the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and The Wild Center to discover how you can use nearby nature to engage your students in fun, hands-on learning experiences. This single-day conference is the opportunity to explore nature-based education with organizations and educators that help make the Adirondacks a great place to teach and learn. Nurture the needs of your classroom by selecting from a variety of sessions, both indoors and outdoors, that will give you lesson plans, great ideas, and practical information that will boost your ability to use nature as a great tool for multidisciplinary learning.
Educators can receive 8 contact hours of CTLEs for attending the full conference.
