This Friday at Pok-O-MacCready, we will be participating in an Art In Nature course!
Departing the Poko-Queen at 10am, students and families will explore the beauty of art in the natural world. Students will learn how to take something from the ordinary world around them and turn it into something fun, beautiful and exciting! Everyone will return to the PQ around 12:00. Lunch will be available around 12:15. $8 per student, includes lunch. Parent/guardian lunch $3.
As of today, Monday the 24th, the weather channel is calling for a possibility of flurries or snow showers on Friday, with a high of 27. The Art In Nature course will take place outdoors a majority of the time, if not the entire block. Please dress accordingly. If there is heavy rain, our instructors are able to make indoor accommodations when necessary.
From 1:00 to 3:00pm, we will be offering Rock Climbing at our indoor rock climbing facility, The Crux. The Crux is a fantastic challenge for any individual at any level. Students can choose to climb a wall or a specific route which may have additional challenges. $7 per climber, includes equipment.
